A lucky cat that applies to jobs for you.
Orgcat finds postings that fit your resume, writes a version of your resume for each one and submits the application. You choose how high a match has to score before it sends anything, and you can pause it at any time.
Features
Applications sent for you
When a job scores above the threshold you set, Orgcat fills in the form and submits it. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS and Taleo are supported.
Matches you can read
Each job gets a score out of 100 and a checklist of the requirements you meet, partly meet or miss.
A resume for each job
Orgcat rewords and reorders your resume for the posting. It never adds a skill, tool or number you did not give it.
Questions only you can answer
Clearance, citizenship and salary questions always come to you. Your answer is saved for the next form that asks.
Replies tracked
Orgcat reads the job inbox you connect and logs confirmations, rejections and interview requests against each application.
It adjusts to results
Callbacks and interviews change which jobs rank first and what your resume leads with.
Questions
- Does Orgcat apply without asking me?
- Yes, for any saved search where auto-submit is on and the job scores above your threshold. Turn it off for a search, or pause everything with one switch, and jobs wait for your approval instead.
- Will it make things up on my resume?
- No. It can reword and reorder what you wrote. When a job asks for something you might know, it asks you first and only uses it after you confirm.
- Which job boards does it watch?
- Public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards, Remotive, RemoteOK, We Work Remotely and Himalayas, plus the LinkedIn and Indeed alert emails you forward to your job inbox.
- Why do I need an invite?
- Orgcat is in early access with a small group of users. Leave your email and you will hear when sign-ups open.
